I’m not the best writer (it’s probably the least of my talents… besides singing) and I’m not a health nut. So what am I doing with a blog about health? Great question, let’s see if I can answer that in the next few months.
I’m not fat, I’m actually quite thin, but I’m still not happy with the way I look. I know I could look pretty damn good if I just did a little exercise. I literally did none for years and ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted and gained nothing, I mean I wasn’t super thin, but I certainly wasn’t over weight by any means.
Anyways, I’m looking to be more healthy. I terrified of getting cancer and I know food plays a HUGE part in our quality of life so I’ve started this to share what I’m doing and what I’m eating to be a better and healthier person.
So without further adieu, Welcome to my blog!
